Ava Tunnicliffe has 8 years of experience working in both music and media. Coming from a family of music and media professionals, Ava was brought up with an unparalleled and in depth knowledge of the industry.
London-born, New York-raised, Ava graduated from Barnard College with a BA in English. During college she kicked off her professional career interning at top publications such as Teen Vogue, Marie Claire UK and Cosmo UK, and freelance writing for Refinery29 and NYLON. Feeling unsatisfied with the fashion world, Ava pursued her other passion, music. She landed an internship at Republic Records in publicity and marketing, which led to a full time marketing job working with artists such as Drake, Post Malone, The Weeknd, Julia Michaels & Ariana Grande.
Using her knowledge of the music business and media world, Ava worked with her musician friends on the side, helping them with social media, marketing and press. Quickly gaining traction and demand, Ava decided to risk it all and quit her record label job to start Tallulah PR & Management.
Kelsey James jumped headfirst into the music industry two years ago, beginning as a young, wide-eyed electronic music blogger. Since then, she developed a love for more than just writing and explored other sides of the spectrum. Connecting music and artists to fans has been something she treasured since the beginning. In addition to being a PR intern for the Tallulah team, Kelsey is also social media coordinator, content creator, and editor for New Orleans media company River Beats.
After she graduated from the University of West Georgia in December, she followed her heart to the Big Easy – but she’ll go wherever the music goes.
