Originally from Toronto and now thriving in New York City, Maddie Regent discovered music as her sanctuary at just 12 years old. As an introspective child, songwriting became her way to navigate anxiety and turn vulnerability into strength. Over the years, she has refined her artistry, crafting a signature style that marries raw, honest lyricism with infectious, escapist pop melodies.

Maddie burst onto the scene in 2021 with her debut EP, MISS REGENT, a striking introduction produced by the Grammy-nominated trio LIONCHLD (Britney Spears, Bebe Rexha, Calvin Harris). The breakout single “EGO” captured fans worldwide, fueled by multiple viral TikTok moments that solidified her as an emerging force in pop music.

In 2023, Maddie elevated her sound with her sophomore EP, Girl of Your Dreams, a shimmering electro-pop escape where heartache meets euphoria. Now, she’s gearing up for her most personal and ambitious project yet: her third EP, On the phone with my mom, set to release in 2025. Recorded in her home studio with her boyfriend, producer, and songwriter Cade Hoppe, the project captures Maddie at her most fearless and authentic.
