Annabel Gutherz is a singer-songwriter hailing from Montreal, Canada. Growing up in a family that encouraged exploring the arts, the 24-year-old has always been in tune with her creative spirit. As a teen, she began composing original music and lyrics as a vehicle to work through the growing pains of adolescence. Already amassing nearly 1 million streams across her repertoire, there is no doubt that Annabel Gutherz is an exciting young artist on the rise.
Annabel is a compelling storyteller; her lyrics are diaristic and perspective, instantly drawing you into her world. Combined with her honeyed melodies, distinct vocals and keen musical ear, Annabel’s songs take listeners on a heartfelt journey packed with raw honesty and emotional conviction. Fiercely committed to her craft, Annabel graduated from Berklee College of Music Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Music Studies and her Master’s of Arts degree in Songwriting at Berklee.
In late 2021, Annabel released her debut album, Loose Ends, a stylistically eclectic yet entirely authentic record that cathartically encapsulates life’s unfinished moments. The album was co-produced by Dominique Messier, a long time band member for Céline Dion and owner of Studio Piccolo in Montreal, Canada.
Since her album release, Annabel has continued to hone her craft, collaborating with industry heavyweights like Bleu McAuley (Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato) and Bonnie Hayes (Bonnie Raitt, Bette Midler), among others. Most recently, her original songs were featured on CBS during Big Ten College Football broadcasts, amplifying her presence and cementing her status as an emerging artist to watch.
